Spring/Summer Pool Season: Spring is once upon us again and summer is just around the corner. We want everyone to have a safe & happy summer. Please follow the pool rules so that we can enjoy our pool season and so not have to shut pools down due to people not following our simple rules. 1.ABSOLUTELY NO SUNTAN OIL IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA! This can clog the filtration system and break down the chemicals resulting in closer of the pool. 2. No more than 2 guests at a time per apartment/town home. 3.Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 4.Proper swimwear must be worn. Toddlers must wear “swimmers” swimming pants. No regular diapers in the pool, please. 5.Please do not allow anyone to throw rocks, mud, or other objects into the pool. Debris will cause damage to the pump & filter system resulting in the closing of the pool. 6.No food allowed in pool areas. 7.Pool hours are 10AM to 10PM, NO EXCEPTIONS! 8. Lounge chairs are provided for your sun tanning enjoyment. They do not belong in the pool; please keep them on the pool deck.
Trash: We have received numerous phone calls about tenants leaving trash in the breezeways. There are dumpsters provided for your trash needs. You are not to leave trash in the breezeways under any circumstance this causes odor and attraction of animals. If you are caught putting trash out side your door a $25.00 fine will be assessed.
Census: If you have not filled out your 2010 Census you may have Census workers coming to your door to get the required information. Please comply with what is being asked of you. They are just trying to do their job, and need to finish this up in timely matter. If you have any questions, or concerns please call the office. You are required by law to fill out this census. This really helps with our community funding!
Furnace Filters: Please remember to change your furnace filter every 30 days. This is stated in your lease agreement. Changing your filter cuts down on dust and allergens and keeps the system running in an efficient matter. If you have issues with your heating or air-conditioning and the filter is not changed, we will assess a $12.00 charge. Please avoid unnecessary charges and maintenance.
Carports: We have carports available at PEBBLEBROOK, CAMBRIDGE SQUARE, & STONE POINTE. These are available to be rented for $25.00 with your lease agreement or on a month-to-month basis for $35.00 Please check with the office for availability near your building.
Maintenance: Please call the office with any maintenance needs. If your air conditioning is not working properly, please call the office before 3:30pm. Any calls received after 3:30 will be addressed the next business day. If you have a maintenance issue that can wait until the next business day, please call the office and leave it on our answering machine with your name, building and apartment number & a phone number where you can be reached. If it is an after hours emergency, please call your after hours property manager. You received his/or her phone number in you welcome packet.
