All leases are a minimum of 12 months in length.  We do not offer short term or month to month leases.

Pet Policies

We only consider small pets for residents at the following properties:

  • Forrest Creek Townhomes 

  • Blakewood Place Townhomes

  • Gary Ave. Townhomes

  • Stagg Hill Duplexes

  • Oakhill Estates- Wamego, KS

All pets must be approved by management.  
There is an additional pet deposit.
